How does his work??
  1. Sign up on-line to become a My Green Parachute Key Agent.
  2. Within a few days, you will receive a welcome packet from MGP with everything you need to get started.
  3. Send back the paperwork, and we get everything to the state to transfer your license to MGP.
  4. Send in your referrals as they come about.
  5. Cash your referral check.
How much will I make?
On an average $300,000 transaction sent into MGP, the referral commission check runs about $1000.00. Not bad for a phone call, don't you agree?

So, who do I refer?
A neighbor, a friend, a previous client, anyone you come across who may be buying or selling a home. The type of situation where previously you would have said, "I wish I was still in the business, then I would be able help you with your transaction."

What is the cost of membership?
To become a member of MGP, there is a $200.00 investment every two years. There are no MLS or Realtor dues.

How long will I receive referral income on my referrals?
Any referral you send in is registered to your Contact Portfolio, and as long as you are a member with MGP, you will receive a referral check on their closed transactions through MGP.

Do I still need continuing education classes?
Yes, you will still need to have the required number of credits as outlined in the state in which you are licensed.

Do I have liability on the referred transactions?
MGP will maintain errors and omissions coverage for our Key (Inactive) Agents.

Am I an independent contractor?
Yes, and you will be issued a 1099 each year.

How do I get involved?
